The Nancy A. Felhofer Leadership Award is presented annually. This award recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of a Management Women member. Nominees must be members in good standing for a minimum of two years. A panel of non-Management Women judges chooses the award winner.

About Julie Aderhold, our 2025 Nancy Felhofer Leadership Award Recipient and Speaker
Julie Aderhold is not only an active member of LINK for Women, she is an entrepreneur, a leader in our community, and an inspiration to all who know her.
Julie has accomplished much both personally and professionally. On a personal level, she is most proud of her 33-year marriage to her husband, Craig, and the family they have created.
Professionally, Julie is proud of always following her heart, even when it meant going against expectations.
Julie's relationship with Nancy Felhofer had a lasting impact on her life. Nancy invited Julie to her first meeting back in the 1990s and the two became dear friends.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UW-Eau Claire. She is an active volunteer within the organization and in the community.

You will have 30 minutes to enter payment information for your guests. If the information isn't entered within the time frame, the registration is automatically cancelled.**
September Lunch Choices:
South of the Border Buffet -
Seasoned beef taco meat, chili lime chicken with roasted peppers and onions, corn and flour tortillas, condiments, Southwest rice n' beans, Mexican street corn niblets, fresh vegetables with dill dip, fresh fruit, tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole, assorted cookies.
Non-members: The cost to attend this lunch is $25.
