About this event

Management Women Luncheon Meeting & Presentation of the Nancy A. Felhofer Leadership Award

with Robyn Davis, J.D., President & CEO
Brown County United Way

Please join us at the Rock Garden for this special event!

The Nancy A. Felhofer Leadership Award is presented annually. This award recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of a Management Women member. Nominees must be members in good standing for a minimum of two years. A panel of non-Management Women judges chooses the award winner.

Our speaker, Robyn Y. Davis is a distinguished leader known for her impactful contributions to the community. With a career rooted in service and advocacy, Robyn has dedicated herself to fostering community solutions through a holistic and empathetic approach. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor from the George Washington University School of Law. She has leveraged her diverse educational and professional experiences, including practicing law, retail management, and ministry, to inform her leadership approach and make a lasting impact on individuals and communities.

Robyn's journey as a nonprofit executive began in 2009 when she assumed the role of President of Freedom House Ministries in Green Bay, WI. During the eight years that she served in that role, Robyn was able to drive organizational growth, advocate for vulnerable populations, and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

In 2017, Robyn continued her nonprofit executive journey as the President and CEO of Brown County United Way. In this capacity, she has spearheaded initiatives that address critical social issues, promote equity, and empower communities to thrive. In 2023, Robyn played a crucial role in securing a $1 million federal grant for the City East Center, an affordable housing project in Green Bay, addressing the critical need for affordable housing in the area. Her commitment to making a meaningful difference has been evident throughout her tenure, as she has led with vision, compassion, and strategic insight.

Robyn's influence extends beyond her professional roles. She is an active member of various boards and councils, including the Green Bay Packers Board of Directors, the Governor’s Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council, the Institute for Women’s Leadership Advisory Board, and the Northeast Wisconsin Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. These positions highlight her commitment to civic engagement, social justice, and community development.

Throughout her career, Robyn has received recognition for her exceptional leadership. Most recently, in 2022, she was recognized as one of the Outstanding Women of Color in Education by the University of Wisconsin System, in 2023, she received the prestigious Nancy Armbrust Impact Award from the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay Community Foundation; and in 2025 honored as a 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Robyn is the Founder and President of The Valiant Leader, a platform she launched in 2020. Through this platform, Robyn provides mentorship, facilitates workshops, leads panels, offers consultancy services, and delivers keynote speeches aimed at inspiring leaders to embrace opportunities and navigate challenges with resilience and integrity.
